mindful living

  • Presence.

To live in the moment with a focus on what is happening in the here and now. To take a deep and intentional interest in experiencing the qualities of this moment. To appreciate how the experiences given by the moment are unique and irretrievable.

  • Awareness.

To consider the relationship between thoughts, the self, and the world. To understand the layers of consciousness within a person and honor the fundamental connection between individuals. To be able to discern between truth and illusion.

  • Acceptance.

To meet the current situation with an openness to what is, not what could be or could have been. To find and welcome the essence of the moment without resistance or judgement. To accept change with peace and an understanding that it’s a necessary feature of life.
